1. Q: How can
I get referrals?
A: We
recommend
telling everyone
and anyone about
these free
offers.
Also, you may
post your
referral link
(assuming you
are already
registered) in
our forums
Thread for
Already
Registered Users
Trading Post
We have made
AIM buddy icons
for our users,
which will
hopefully make
your friends ask
you about the
free offers.
In addition, we
have a
banners page.
You can use one
of the banners
in your
signatures on
forums where you
usually post (if
it's allowed).
If you are a
college student,
you could try
posting
flyers
around campus.
Also, for people
that
donate to
help support
this site, we
will put one of
your referral
links on the
site for 24
hours. |

2.
Q: My account
has been put on
hold! What
should I do?
A: Don't
panic. If you
have a legit
reason, post
here.
Explain the
situation
in detail
and make sure
that you follow
the rules.
If you cheated,
don't even try
to make up a
story.
Gratis has many
ways to detect
cheaters. |

4. Q: Can I
trade in my 20GB
iPod for a 40GB
iPod?
A: Depending on
how you do it,
yes and no.
If you decide to
walk into the
Apple Store or
some other store
that sells iPods
and try to
return it by
saying you lost
your receipt, then
the answer is no!
This is
considered
fraud.
However, if you
decide to sell
the 20GB iPod on
eBay and use the
money (plus a
little extra -
around $100) to
buy a 40GB iPod,
then the answer
is yes! This
is perfectly
legal. |

5. Q: When
can I cancel my
offer?
A: Do not
cancel the offer
the right away!
Please try the
offer first, and
see if you like
it. This is how
Gratis makes the
money to give
away free
products. If you cancel
before you have
truly tried it,
there may be no
more free offers for
anyone in the
future!
If you do cancel
an offer right
away, Gratis
might put your
account on hold. |
|
|
6. Q: What is
the cancellation
number for
_____?
A: Do Not
ask for
cancellation
numbers or URLs
on this site!
Gratis Internet
does
not appreciate
people posting
these, because
it gives users a
quick way to
cancel (see Q#5
for more details
on why you don't
want to do this
immediately).
Therefore, they
don't get the
money for it.
Also, you may
like the offer.
Please sign up
for offers you
think you'll be
interested in! |

9. Q: Do I
need a credit
card?
A: The eBay offer is
the only offer where a credit
card isn't required. This
offer isn't always available
though. When you sign
up, you need to put in a second
(non free) e-mail address instead
of your credit card info.
If this offer isn't available
or if you would like to do a
different offer, you still have
a few options. Some banks
offer charged cards that have
a certain amount of money on
them. Also, PayPal Premium Members
can use their "virtual
credit card."
WebCertificate.com is another
great option. Basically
a WebCertificate is a prepaid
credit card. $20 is the
minimum amount you can put on
a WebCertificate.
MySimon offers something
very similar to WebCertificate. |
